At Conway Law Firm, you will always have your case handled by Brian Conway. We believe in a basic principle: clients should always be able to talk to the lawyer that is handling their case. Your lawyer ought to regularly be in touch with you by phone or by email. You should always feel that you understand what is going on with your case and you should have copies of all correspondence on your file. At Conway Law Firm we ensure that clients are copied in on every piece of ‘paper’ that comes into or goes out of our office on your file.

Your file should be the same as ours. You will always have one assistant on your file that is your assistant. Someone that you can call at any time that will have a clear understanding as to the day-to-day matters on your file. We never have multiple people handling your case who don’t know you or your file. Brian Conway regularly answers his own phone (unless he is in court or with another client) and does not ‘screen’ his calls. Direct client contact is an essential part of his practice and we believe that that is something that every client should expect from their lawyer. If you have questions, you should be able to pick up the phone and get an answer from your lawyer or his/her assistant.
